The trade solely was dictated by need for each team. A trade of this nature wont hurt either team as it was small in scale. Its not like a trade like the Hersal Walker deal where Dallas built its dynasty from it or like the Rams building the lions winning foundation by giving away a ton of high draft picks for Stafford.

Cowboys arent going pay CD that money$. They probably think no one player is worth that. If your not going to pay him trade him now for picks in next year's draft

Hi RJ, I've watched about three of these videos now about the lack of speed to close deals at Dallas. I understand the point you keep making, but my question is WHY are Dallas not addressing this issue? If we can all see it, then I assume they can as well. Is it because they are slow in making decisions, they are incompetent, they want to ensure they are paying as much as possible, they want to keep the brand in the media, they are playing a different game (if so what is it?) or something else. Thanks for all your videos and keep up the great work.

Dak is Romo 2.0. A manageable QB who is a short term solution until the franchise guy is found. And like Romo, ppl like RJ think we should continuously pass up the chance of finding the future of the franchise for another bum average season with a guy who can't get the job done. Even with all the pieces around him. After this season, I would rather have a rookie play for this team going forward. With that said, I would rather have a new blogging the boys host than RJ after this season if Dak isn't playing for Dallas in 2025-2026. RJ provides no insight. And I can only imagine what drives him to keep promoting a mid-tier QB to stay on the roster. After we go 10-7 this year and lose in the playoffs, I'm sure RJ will make a video on why that's not Dak fault either. RJ & Dak's Cowboys affiliation should be directly correlated at this point.
